    Terrible receptionist. She should be fired. 3 people while I was in queue got into a disagreement with her, including myself.

    After waiting for almost an hour, I was finally called to find out that centrelink offices don't deal with students review matters, and received a printed copy of a letter I had already received and the same number I called the day before to call again. I then approached the woman doing check ins beforehand at her desk and simply asked why she made me wait either

    She proceeded to get her manager whom didn't want to sit down with myself and the other staff member to discuss the problem, but rather stood over me and told me what she thought the problem was instead of resolving it. Another staff member dealing with a customer behind us complained for me to go away as she was unable to do her work, of which I told her it wasn't my problem and to speak to the manager about it because she was right there.

    Terrible service. I only wanted to update my bank details with Centrelink. I was told it would take a couple of days, then up to 10 days and now it’s possibly 4 weeks as they only have 1 Centrelink person working and she’s busy. I was told to go to a different centre if wanted it to be quicker.

    After humiliating the manager in front of all her staff without yelling, cussing, verbally or physically abusing anyone or anything, she felt like it was necessary to call the police for asking a genuine question about the service I received.

    Appalling . I'm a student who works and the person I spoke to not only spoke down to me, but regarded me as stupid, spoke ahead of me and had no idea what I was talking about. Said I was under prepared when in fact I was only there for advice so I could do the right thing legally and he wanted to settle for something that wasn't legal. An "estimate" he said. Appalling. I stormed out.

    And therefore either way wasted more than an hour of my time that I could have spent studying, or contacting the necessary centrelink officers to deal with the original issue.

    I experienced terrible customer service here today. Even though I treated staff with respect, every member of the team here were so rude and unwelcoming including the manager especially. The person who checks you in for an appointment was extremely rude and unhelpful as she talked over the top of me mid sentence through trying to explain why I was there and what I was after from Centerlink on that occasion.

    I went in today only 10 minutes before they were closing and Andrew was more than happy to quickly do what I came there to get done. I interacted with 2 staff members altogether, and both were really kind. Not sure why everyone else seems to have had a bad experience...
